By purchasing any product of the participating brands, customers will receive a code to participate in this promotion. Participants will enter this code on the website www.dutyfreeamericasbuyandwin.com/en/ along with their complete names and contact information.

There will only be one winner who will receive one round trip ticket for him/her and his/her companion and a Caribbean, South America or Europe Cruise ship travel; the winner will choose one of the above destinations and will additionally receive US$1,000 in cash for other expenses. The prize is not transferrable.

By registering in this Sweepstakes, entrants accept and agree to be bound, in their own name and in the name and on behalf of their heirs, executors and administrators, by the following terms and conditions:

(a) To exempt and protect the Sweepstakes Entities and their respective officials, executives and employees (collectively the “Released Parties”) from and against any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, dispute and/or damages and harm arising directly or indirectly from negligent acts or any other cause resulting from their participation in this Sweepstakes and/or their acceptance, or use or misuse of the Prize or any portion thereof;
(b) To indemnify the Released Parties against any liability resulting from this Sweepstakes  and to hereby acknowledge that the Released Parties have not make and are not responsible for  issuing guarantees or for making express or implicit representations of fact or law related to the Prize, including any express guarantee exclusively issued by the provider by delivering the Prize.
(c) If the entrant is selected as the Sweepstakes Winner, his/her name will be posted on the website www.dutyfreeamericasbuyandwin.com/en/. The prize winner will allow the Released Parties to use his/her name, voice and/or likeness for purposes of publicity, promotions and advertising campaigns, without any additional compensation. The Released Parties may request the Winner to provide said authorization in writing, if so required; and
(d) To fully comply with these Official Rules and to waive the right to bring claims resulting from any ambiguity or errors in these Official Rules or the Sweepstakes and to submit to the sponsor’s decisions, which are final and binding in all matters. Non-compliance with any of the terms in these Official Rules may result in the disqualification from this Sweepstakes.

The Sponsors reserve the right in their sole discretion to permanently disqualify any individual or entrant they believe has intentionally violated these Official Rules. The disqualification of any individual or entrant leads to the loss of all its rights acquired in the capacity of entrant.

Any abusive or fraudulent act and/or any attempt to deliberately damage the Sweepstakes or the operation thereof is unlawful and subject to legal action by Sponsors, who may seek damages to the fullest extent permitted by law.

The Sponsors’ failure to enforce any provision of these Official Rules due to an act of God, hurricane, war, fire, riot, earthquake, terrorism, act of public enemies, actions of governmental authorities beyond the control of the Sponsors (excepting compliance with applicable codes and regulations) or other force majeure event will not be considered a breach of these Official Rules by the Sponsors.

The Released Parties assume no responsibility for any damage to any entrant’s or third person’s property related to or resulting from its participation in this Sweepstakes or as a result of any harm suffered by the entrant before, during or after the fulfillment of the prize. The Released Parties are not responsible for telecommunications, network, electronic, technical or computer failures of any kind, for inaccurate transcription of entry information, for errors in any promotional or marketing materials or in these Official Rules, or for any human or electronic error in managing this Sweepstakes or this Prize, or for entries that are stolen, misdirected, garbled, or returned.

The Sponsors reserve the right to cancel, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes or any element thereof (including without limitation any sudden event not established in these Official Rules), without notice to the entrants. In the event of cancellation, modification, or suspension, Sponsors reserve the right to select Winners in a random drawing from among all eligible, non-suspect entries received prior to the time of the event warranting such cancellation, modification or suspension. Notice of such cancellation, modification or suspension will be posted on the website www.dutyfreeamericasbuyandwin.com/en/.

The Sponsors may prohibit any entrant or potential entrant from participating in the Sweepstakes, if such entrant or potential entrant shows a disregard for these Official Rules; acts with an intent to annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass any other entrant, Sponsors, or Sponsors’ agents or representatives; or behaves in any other disruptive manner (as determined by Sponsors in their sole discretion).

WINNERS ANNOUNCEMENT:

The Winner will be announced after January 30, 2013. The Winner’s name will be posted on the website www.dutyfreeamericasbuyandwin.com/en/, based on the information provided by entrants at the time of registration.

Once the Winner has been contacted, he/she will have 10 business days to choose its preferred destination between the Caribbean, Europe or South America. The Winner will be required to make use of the selected prize before December 31, 2013; otherwise the Sweepstakes Winner will lose all rights to said prize.
